Dr. Linnah Wang completed her medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2019. Following this, she gained valuable experience working in both city and regional hospitals across Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory. After years of travelling, Dr. Wang is excited to return home to South East Queensland to complete her General Practice training. On her days off, she enjoys riverside walks, carrot cake, and crosswords.
SRMC welcomes Dr. Maliha Farzana joining our team from 10th February 2025. Maliha grew up in north Queensland, and finished her Medical Degree through James Cook University in Townsville and Mackay. She has since worked in Hospitals all over Australia including in Mackay, Redcliffe, Ipswich, and Sydney in many different fields. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and painting, and discovering new cafes and restaurants!
Dr. Vidusha Ranathunga completed her MBBS in 2015,from Factulty of Medicine,Colombo,Sri Lanka and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She has gained extensive experience working at Greenslopes Hospital, Redlands Hospital, and Alice Springs Hospital, for several years, where she rotated through a variety of medical specialties. With a passion for holistic patient care, Dr. Ranathunga has developed particular expertise in paediatrics, women’s health, and managing chronic conditions.
Dr Ali (as he likes to be known) completed his medical degree from Pakistan in 2008, moved to Australia in 2012, and started his journey by doing Masters of Public health in Sydney. He worked as RMO and Registrar in Bundaberg Base Hospital. He attained his MRCP (UK) Internal Medicine degree in 2016. He has also completed FRACGP in Australia in 2019. His special interests are Diagnosis and treatment of Skin cancer, chronic health conditions and kids health. He lives with his wife and two kids and enjoys playing cricket, travelling with family and reading.
Dr Khan is a dedicated and experienced medical professional with a strong passion for dermatology and in particular Skin Cancer treatment and prevention. He is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized care to his patients.
Dr. Trigg is a GP with an immense amount of knowledge & a passion for his work. He strives to go above & beyond to ensure his patients' health.
Dr. Houldsworth has been with SRMC for over 20 year. Note: Dr. Houldsworth no longer accepts new patients.
Dr. Paul is a female GP who has a strong passion to provide premium care for her patients.
Dr. Arvind is female practitioner who excels in providing care for her patients. She has a special interest in family medicine, travel health, women's & children's health.
Dr Aziz completed his primary medical degree from Pakistan in 2004, and obtained degree in Internal Medicine in Pakistan (FCPS Medicine) in 2011. He moved to Australia in 2012 with his young family, working at Bundaberg Hospital as RMO and later as Registrar Medicine. In 2015, Dr. Aziz relocated to oldest town in QLD, Gayndah and worked as Medical Superintendent at Gayndah Hospital and Principal GP at Gayndah Medical Practice. He obtained Australian GP Fellowship (FACRRM) in 2018. He has been working at Station Road Medical Centre since 2019. His special interests are Chronic disease management, non-complex Skin cancer management, and Children health. He lives in Ipswich with his wife and three kids and enjoys playing badminton, spending time with family and friends and reading.
Dr. Arshad is an experienced practitioner who has been in the region for more than 15 years. He has a special interest in dermatology.
Dr. Zgheib has a special interest in family medicine and has over 15 years of regional experience.
General Practitioners are Independent Contractors who pay a service fee for use of practice facilities and support staff to care for their patients.
